Your massage is your time. Whether it's to sort out a pain or mobility problem, or to soothe and relax a troubled mind - I don't do a 'one-size-fits-all'. Each treatment is tailored to your needs on the day. You can have background music or quiet (to hear the birds sing outside), it's always your choice.
An organic foot soak and scrub, followed by a feet and legs massage to loosen tight calves and hamstrings and improve circulation. Also great for post-hike aches! Products used: Neal's Yard Organic Defence liquid wash, Pumice Scrub and Comfrey & Mallow Foot Balm, plus massage oil of your choice.
A lovely relaxing and very effective facial using NYR Organic products to suit your skin type (also suitable for men). Cleanse, exfoliate, treatment mask, massage, tone and moisturise. Includes a hand or head/scalp massage while your mask works.

Massage helps many physical conditions. I aim to 'fix in six' - starting with 2 or 3 sessions fairly close together to concentrate on the 'fix' then increasing the time between until we find your 'maintenance interval' - anything from fortnightly to every 6 weeks.
